With experience spanning project management, commercial real estate, development, finance and more, Trevor has proven himself to be an asset in leading projects to successful outcomes.
He is passionate about seeing projects go from concept to reality and imagining the “what if”. Every property, building or redevelopment has unique goals, obstacles and opportunities and he feels that strong relationships based on clear communication, expectations and accountability are critical to a successful project.
Trevor enjoys just about anything outdoors, from pond hockey to golf to bravely clearing logs out of his backyard pond. He savors spending time with his wife and lively daughters; Kennedy, Lena and Marley, and all the chaos along with it. And when time allows, he enjoys the intensity of a good UFC fight.

After completing a college internship at a commercial real estate company, Max was named Executive Vice President of Real Estate at a local firm, where he brought new life and energy to the team.
His drive to do things a bit differently, to discover the next great thing and to do it competitively comes honestly. He played hockey at Bowling Green State University (AY ZIGGY ZOOMBA!) before becoming a license Real Estate Broker and earning his CCIM.
When he’s not closing deals you can still find him at the rink, wheeling around with his four kids: Remy, Reese, Otis and Arlo.

Eric found his passion for real estate in his junior year of college. Whether it’s residential, commercial, property management or brokerage and acquisition, Eric has done it all and has enjoyed the journey. He has identified, sourced, negotiated and structured well over $150M in investment and developments.
Eric lives in Rockford with his wife Andrea, and two girls, Teagan and Sophie, and beloved golden retriever, Peyton. Peyton is also the MOXIE office dog that will most likely greet you with a wagging tail and acts of desperation for a good belly rub.
